Flowers have always been a sign of beauty and love, for as long as mankind has practiced tradition. When you think of valentines day or weddings or even anniversaries, one of the first things that comes to mind is flowers. Flowers have a way of portraying beauty in a hairstyle, maybe it is the beauty of the flower itself, or maybe it is the way the flower sits on the hair. Whatever it is, it has and always will be an excellent way to accent your wedding hair. As you can see from the picture above, a wide variety of flower can be used in wedding hair styles, from petunias to roses, the choice is yours.

When deciding what kind of flowers you will be putting in your hair there are a few decisions that must be made initially. First, do you want to put a fake or real flower in your hair (if you have allergies then a real flower is not a great idea obviously). Also, do where do you want the flower be placed? If you want the flower on the side of your head, then it would be best to pick a smaller flower, as you do not want the flower covering the entire side of your face. Larger flowers should be placed on the back of the head, and may even be incorporated into a bow of some sort.
